We deliver all Products from our Auckland (New Zealand ) warehouse. We also offer click & collect option to our customers by Appointment. If you wants to pickup your order then please contact us to arrange pick up or we will send you notification when order is ready to pick up.
Delivery Charges will be Calculated according to item size and delivery address at checkout before payment.
Smaller items are sent via courier and all larges items are sent via freight forwarder. All goods are delivered same day or the next after confirmation that payment has been received. Delays can occur during peak times such as Christmas and long weekends – please be patient.
Deliveries within Auckland will 2-3 working days, North Island will take approximately 2-5 working days. South Island deliveries will take approximately 3 to 5 working days to deliver. For rural and outer island deliveries please allow 3-5 working days, You will be provided with a tracking number through email once your order is dispatched. You will be able to view the statues of your delivery online.
