Return & refund Policy

3 Day Right of Exchange:

 

The customer can return any product for an exchange within 3 days of purchase. On the condition that the product is returned in its original condition with packaging and invoice. If you change your mind we won't be able to offer Exchange of Product.

 

 

 

Refund Policy:

We do not have to provide refund if you change your mind about a purchase –so please choose carefully.

If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

 

If you receive a faulty product or an item that is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately within 3 clear days of receiving the item so that we can ensure that we meet our obligations to you under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. For claims made after this time frame Justrightdeals reserve the right to refuse courier claims.

Please ensure that you have foreseen all possible options before returning the item to us.

If the items returned to us as faulty are found to be in full working order upon testing, you will be liable for any extra shipping costs incurred. If the product is found to be faulty, we may replace the faulty goods, if the product cannot be repaired or exchanged for a same or similar item. If we decide the item should be returned to us, we will advise the arrangements for this.

 

Before shipping item to us please take package and product photos so if any case it got damaged during transit we can claim it from freight company.

 Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available.

Please be aware refunds will be processed via the method of payment, there may be some delay before funds appear in your account due to bank clearance.
